Our Story

Bromley Loft Conversions specialise in residential property construction. We have many years of experience serving Bromley and South East London. The main service we offer has and always will be Loft Conversions. However, we have recently started offering additional services:  kitchen Extensions, Basement Conversions, Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations.

We ensure that our clients are supported every step of the way, by our experienced in-house team, to meet all their design and build needs. This ranges from initial suggestions and ideas, to design and planning and then finally construction. 

All our projects are covered by full Public and Employee Liability insurance. In addition, all work is guaranteed for 10 years (subject to Terms and Conditions).

A founding partner of Bromley Loft Conversions, Liam has been actively involved in the construction industry for more than a decade. He has extensive knowledge in property construction, along with experience of guiding our clients on what building projects would best suit their property and generate the maximum return on investment. The combination of these skills greatly contributes to his ability to offer expert advice on all types of projects.

Throughout the course of a project, Liam remains a point of contact between the client and Bromley Loft Conversions daily operations, to provide consistent support and guidance.

For Simon, working in construction is not only his passion, but it’s also a family trait. He was introduced to the world of construction through his father’s work, who owned a successful building company. After studying bricklaying at Nescot college, Simon worked for his father’s company for 3 years before becoming a project manager for a large electrical data cabling company. He then branched out to manage a successful gym chain for 5 years before deciding to return to his passion in 2015 and co-founded Bromley Loft Conversions.

As a founding partner, Simon leads and oversees daily operation activities at all levels of the company.
